NullDC 1.6 Help please.

    I need help fixing a problem.
    Here my problem I made a video and posted it on youtube. And Everything I tryed does not work.

    Now on here . The Music play 100% normal. but when playing the Computer sound like I on drugs or something.
    IT Lags Just alittle to where it plays normal and goes Slow motion offend ( with out the recorder and open windows)
    BUt the Problem is the Building/road/Whatever is blocking my view.
    The comments There by CinemaGaming is the person I follow on his video on getting a Working NullDC1.6

    Now I dont know really anything about emulators ( Well this one at least.) and I tryed everything I can do

    That I know of. Anything else I dont know about. BUt Is there a Program or something that can fix my problem

    I think it's your hardware. The game works fine for me...

    yea I was told its my graphics Card not able to handle it all or something. SO I asking if there a Program or something that can help fix/aid the problem.
