notifications?

    i keep getting email about notifications in the spam thread just because i posted there but whenever i try to unsubscribe fro it i keep on getting emails can anybody help me?

    Profile ---> Notifications ----> Uncheck the box and remove any subscribed threads.

    *BAM* you're done.
