?getting this error message when trying to play new downloaded games any idea what to do please?

DS lite R4 issue with metroid and the new professor layton. tried downloading the game again but same error message

 

When exactly does it give the message? And I guess you mean Metroid Prime Hunters? Is it when you load the game?

ok I am having the same issue but am not understanding the "running from moonshell" statement. Can someone elaborate?

This user was trying to load games while running Moonshell. Rather than loading them from the R4 game menu.

Moonshell is a media player (Images, Music, Videos) and cannot run ROMs.
