North American or Europe server?

    Hey, I'm new to Romulation, so excuse me for my n00bishness :3

    Can someone explain the difference between the North American or Europe server? Like, when you download something, it asks you to choose, but is there an actual difference between the two?

    I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me. ;D

    One is located in North America the other in Europe. The closer a server is to you the faster the download is likely to be. Nothing else.
