Noob need help downloading

    I'm trying to download Pokemon platinum
    https://www.romulation.org/downloads/get/26643/NjE0OTEzNDIwOTYxODgx/
    but I can't find the download.

    - North American Server
    - Europe Server - Old 100 mbit - Active until March 31st
    - Europe Server - New 250 mbit

    When I try these links it asks me to Find or Save.

    No mirror available.
    MegaUpload
    No mirror available.

    and there's nothing here either

    Please help!

    Saved, RAR file in NDS folder.
    Open with NDS Emulator?
    when i open it it says Open or Save

    now you need to download winrar from www.rarlabs.com and install it, then follow the tutorial in our tutorials section to extract the rom from the rar archive.
