non-working Roms

    help i cant access these games either due to technical difficulties or something with the rom:
    *****i have an acekard 2i and the r4i and ithey don't work on any*****

    3517 gta chinatown wars!!!-----screen turns blank white
    zelda:phantom hourglass!_-----can't save

    basically those for now but if u can fix those that would be nice.
    btw these two are great games!!!

    most luikely u guys have to post up the unpatched version for gtacw

    Take a look at this thread for the GTA issue:

    The version from Romulation is a clean, unpatched, version

    Take a look through the Common Issues thread too:

    Make sure you have the latest firmware for your Acekard.

    nope no luck at all and i did everything possible.
    another game that didn't work was the new mario and luigi bowser's insde story. it goes straight to the white screen how do i make it work?
    plz help!!

    For GTA, are you using AKAIO?

    i have no idea about AKAIO, i just downloaded firmware 4.17 and thats it.

    can you please link me to the sticky on mario and luigi.
    Also, i cant get animal crossing city folk to work!

    Sticky means that it's at the very top of the section... you should be able to find it.

    And do some research on AKAIO, that should help you get GTA to work.

    Can you expand your 'cant save' issue? Read the Common Issues for the sections on saving.

    when i say i cant save the save file keeps on getting corrupted and i cannot load from the place i left off.Any suggestions?

    Installing AKAIO really should fix most save issues...

    Sounds like you need to patch the rom with a new arm7.

    Would only really help with an outdated ARM executable and save errors as you load it. Just try AKAIO for now.

    OK i have the new AKAIO 1.4.1 firmware and the rom for Animal Crossing wild world (all versions possible) that i downloaded for romulation doesn't want to load.
    it goes straight to the white screen.

    is there a crack or something that i can do to get it playing?

    the one we have works. your card might not support it as is. If that is the case, then what you need to do to make it work will depend on what card you have.

    Also, please refrain from using shorthand language such as 'some1'. Write the words out in full, as per the forum rules.

    i have the acekard 2i with the AKAIO 1.4.1 firmware and i am not the only person who has this problem, lots of people in this forum are also encountering these kinds of problems. So anyways how do i fix it?

    okay so how do i get the rom working??? I read the common issues thread, but no luck. it freezes on the white screen after loading.
