IS this a bug or something i have always downloaded around the 250 KB speed because i´m not a member. But recently i downloaded this firefox download accelerator named DownThemAll And with that i can download at up to around 600 KB per second is this a bug or something???
If you aren't logged in, you would be considered a "Guest". I beleive Guests have full bandwidth on zero point cost downloads. But can't download anything that costs points. (At least, that's what I remember... not 100% on the details though) So I was wrong.
No, guests do not have full bandwidth. it's just DownThemAll counting in a VERY generous matter, you're still only going 250kb/s. The most likely thing is that it starts downloading the second you open the save as window but doesn't start counting the time until you select a location.
