    i go on everytime using mIRC, and i speak to my self but everyone is signed in, is it a misfunctionality or is no is up for some quik thinking death match argueing.

    Well I said "smax", so that's enough for you to know that people are still on. It's just that you can't expect an answer right away, and most people won't answer if they can't be bothered or if there's no real reason. So it's not a misfunctionality.
