No$Gba Save (Pokemon Daimond)

I know, I know, People have posted up something like(constantly); can some1 help me with pokemon daimond black screen, cant save..... well not me!

I'm gonna ask does anyone know if you can or cant use the save state them load it on another emulator like iDeaS which has actually made a come-back apparently, i can now play pokemon....but its much faster out-doors and in-doors and its got a wifi plug-in.

SO NOW im trying to get my pokemon game (which i only got up to the third city BUT IM NOT RESTARTING since it took forever just to get to there!) from no$gba onto my iDeaS? I can understand if i will never be able to get it on, but does anyone know how?

 

I hAVNT followed this but apparently the normal save works with the patches version, Im not sure about the save state, anyone?
