No$gba Question

On No$GBA version 2.6 how do you change the NDS firmware and keep it when you don't instant load DS? My problem is that the 2.6 version is set to german and games like Sonic Rush adventure use you DS settings to choose their language and also I wouldn't mind changing the name from bill nye but anyways does anyone know how?

 

To change the name, you might be able to get it to work by going Options, Emulator Setup, then look for Start cartridge directly and change it to GBA Bios. Then change your name like usual in the regular NDS GUI settings and then play your game. It might work. Do that also for your language problem.

 

I'll try that. I was thinking that the DS bios were in German instead of English so I replaced the bios with an English one and that solved absolutely nothing.

 

If you do that, no$ will crash.

Anyway, why don't you use version 2.6a?

 

It does that on only some games. Best to use a GBA game to change the language, then change it back to load cartridge directly, then use your NDS game.
