No$gba for ds help

I downloaded version 2.6 and the emulator works on the nds. But it's a exe file, I can't open it, even with Moonshell. I got a m3 simply/r4 ysmenu.

And the Readme file doesn't help

 

No$GBA is an emulator for the PC.

It won't do jack crap on the DS or any flashcart.

 

So. If i get this right.

There are no gba emulators for the ds
And you can only play gba roms on your ds if you have 2 slot flashcart?
