Can someone help me, to get this to work so I can play; "Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Spirit Caller."

I have no idea, why it won't work. This is a new age emulator in a sense. >.<

What version of no$gba are you using ? use the 2.6a
    Use no$zoomer add on.

You can find both here https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=1462.0

    Then get it ! ;D
And you may need this firmware.bin file to bypass Anti-Piracy protection in some games.

You can download one from my sig, put the file in your no$gba folder.

Have you changed the NDS-Backup Media Cartridge to Auto ?
Or perhaps another setting if it may work

No$gba 2.6a should have an auto save option

If you have very good system requirements, see if this emulator works

You mean the change you made revert back or something ?
You can save the change by clicking the "Save no$gba setting"
