So im wanting to know if I need something else because I read something bout BIOS & NDS Firmware. Also I seem not to be able to get the DS start up menu on it. Sorry guys, Im a bit of a noob. If only my school taught me better stuff!!
So if I need something can you tell me exactly what it is because there are so many things to choose and stuff.

The DS start-up menu will be contained in the BIOS/firmware. As for slowness, not much can be done about that at this time.

the sound is all glitchy and sometimes the frame rate during cutscenes slows down tremendously. though as least everything else works.

The sound will always be glitchy unless the game is running at 100% framerate. The reason for this is that the sound is synchronized with the visuals so if the game lags then so will the game.

Have tons of free space & at least 3.0 Ghz processor needed to play it at 70fps or use some softwares that spped up ur computer's performance

Such software cannot work miracles, and in general makes little or no difference. It is also a fairly popular way of disguising malicious programs, so watch what you download.
