hello guys... i tried playing DQMJ2 on DeSmumE and it worked with no problems except for the lag.... when i tried it on NO$GBA(Zoomer) there was no problem with the lag either... but only one thing bothers me... in the begining when our that "captain mayday" asks us to check on people after the turbulence i can't find anybody on the ship.... then when i return back to the captain , he too magically disappears like a ghost..... can anyone help me with this? like is there some action replay code for this error....
It's not error, but due to anti-piracy protection (AP). If I recalled correctly there is/are 1 or 2 AP in it. Patch the rom using this program : http://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/rom-hacks/download-retrogamefan-ds-scene-rom-tool-v10-build-1205-f25536.html Just in case you don't know how to use the program : http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=59991.0 Might need to run the program 'as admin' as sometimes during updating an error occur. Just re-start program in admin mode if this happens.
i tried it... it appears that there is no AP patch for it.... Post Merge: [time]1355763607[/time] oh thankyou... did a little research and now its working.... Post Merge: [time]1355766209[/time] i can't save my game.... after the ship crashes it says "The save data could not be accessed"
am not applying any cheats... i just patched the game with DS scene rom tool... the AP patch for missing people was fixed but i am not able to save my game now.....
First of all, don't post the same issue or spread them over 3 topics and even PM me. There's no need to do that. Secondly, I think it might be better if You load the rom via No$Zoomer instead of direct from No$GBA. Have you tried going into the settings in No$GBA, and change the save file type to flash512mbit? If you haven't then try doing that. But first, delete the old save file in the battery folder. If the save file still isn't created, then toogle around the save file type, you'll find the proper setting to use soon enough. Make sure to save the No$GBA settings via No$Zoomer.
