Alright, so when I first downloaded NO$GBA 2.6a It worked brilliantly. I started getting a little bored of it so I decided to stop using it for about 3 or 4 months, I decided to go back and low and behold no matter WHAT game I try to play it starts getting choppy, that's the only way I can describe it, it starts playing, stops for about 1 or 2 seconds, continues playing for about 2 seconds and freezes for 2 seconds again. I tried re downloading it as well. Recently however my DirectX was corrupt which wouldn't allow me to play certain steam games (STEAM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WAREZ). So I had to download DirectX again (The Steam games worked fine after that mind you). Anyways If you could help, I'd really appreciate it.

You can diversify your problem by specifying, however it might not be the problem that you did'nt play on the emulator for months but problem is that the games can't just work because NDS emulators are still not perfect.

    Yeah, Vince's right.

At the moment, there are several compatibility issues, and some have been discussed in the forums. Currently, no$gba doesn't have the best compatibility rate, but it does emulate NDS in the best way. Games, like "The World Ends With You", and many others, don't display images, or sound, or even both. Some others just display a bright white screen.

And there's no way to correct that. Either you can try and play with iDeaS, or wait for the next no$gba version. :)

They worked before you stopped playing?

Now, that's odd. What games are you talking about?

Then try to specify your problems a bit.

Wow...What the hell are you talking about? I told you EXACTLY what it's doing. The game USED to run smoothly however now its choppy...REALLY choppy. It freezes every 2 seconds, hell, if I have to show you a video I will.

    Its NO$GBA 2.6a

    EDIT:

The game is final fantasy III, I tested it on pokemon diamond as well but no luck, same problem. So I'm assuming its not the ROM its the emulator.

EDIT II: I also tested it with Dragonball Z Supersonic warriors II...Again, no luck, its the Emulator.

Also, would Malware have anything to do with it? I recently had a load of trojans but they're gone now, perhaps its the registry? Maybe I should try using PC mechanic.

You hadn't told us what the game was. That's what we were asking.

Clear your cache and cookies then redownload the emulator (dunno if this will work, but people keep saying this :p).

Yah, now I remember I had come across this problem, if you have already downloaded No$Gba v2.6 then try to Unrar it again at some other place and then try emulate a ROM.

It's all same, maybe your computer can't handle it.

But it handled before, dude. Geez...

I have that same one, and it's working fine. If it still doesn't work, then I can do nothing about it.

Yes, we both give up on your problem.

My computer can't handle it right? It did before. It has 1.5 Gigabytes of RAM, 70 Gigabytes of C drive space (50% left)
ATI Radeon x300/500/700 series graphics card. Should work fine. I downloaded it from somewhere else and it's still not working

Nothing I can do about it, right now. I have a worse PC, and Pokemon Diamond works totally fine.

Malware might have something to do with it, are you sure you don't have malware anymore?

Actually I still have traces of Malware on my computer that I can't seem to get rid of. Anyways Im downloading System Mechanic to see if it has anything to do with my registry.

Alright delete the last post, this is a bump..

I got rid of the malware, and i downloaded and older version of NO$GBA, and I'm still having the same damn problem. Should I post a video somewhere? Because its obvious this problem isn't normal..

Delete my last post! I don't want to double post!
