I'm having a hard time describing my problem because I've never seen it before. It's the strangest thing buy none of my folder's windows have any adresses in them even though I do have addresses turned on. All I get in the address bar is just the name of the folder. There's no drive letter or anything. Could somebody please tell me why and how do I fix it?
Check to make sure the "Display the full path in the address bar" is selected in Folder Options (and not just in title bar). Reboot once you apply the changes if they don't show up.
