Nintendogs Labrador & Friends - game won't load 1 week into play!!! HELP

Has anyone had a problem with this game??

I loaded this for my son, and he played it very happily for a week and then it just refused to load!
I reloaded the game leaving the SAV file in the hopes it would play ok and keep the memory of all the things he had done and taught his dog - but no such luck!!

I therefore reloaded the game completely and he started again from scratch!

Today - about a week later (again) it has crashed again and is refusing to load at all.

Exactly the same as before!!!

Is there a patch for the game??

My son is about to break his heart over loosing his dog a second time!!

get him a real dog like a dobermann or update your firmware or ask anandjones super mod

 

Update your firmware by going to http://www.linfoxdomain.com/ds/, once you've done that, it would be best to delete the old save file and create a new one.

 

Periodically make a backup of the .sav file. Put a date on them like a system restore.

Also, what flashcart are you using? Sounds like an R4.
