That is wrong, the made the person to pirate New Super Mario Bros Wii pay way more. This would of caused way more damage and it was done for profit!
The sad part of this is that it draws attention to flashcarts and other such ways of free games, so in a way this is Nintendo shooting themselves in the foot. As this will only result in more people knowing about flash carts and possibly using them. Every time you stomp one out ten more will pop up... So what now Nintendo? What now indeed.
I wondered how long it would take for Nintendo to file a lawsuit against a flash cart. R4 was die'n anyway, so really they aren't gonna get much money
