nintendo may not be able to meet holiday demands

    it's crazy to see something like this after year. did that happen to the 360 after a year. what about sony, will they reach their target sales of the ps3 [i believe they said 11 million by this year, i could be wrong].

    this is generally bad when this happens. Because demand outstrips supply, consoles are rushed out as fast as possible to meet demand, bypassing important but time consuming processes such as quality control. That is when faulty consoles reach the consumer market.

    least they have a good warranty system ;D

    also, yeah, Nintendo won't be able to meet demand. I'm glad they aredoing a slight limited release ( i think :p ) but not so limited as the PS3 was. either they start making consoles at a steady pace NOW, or they keep it like it is for the holidays and completely sell out of Wiis, because i know, that every Wii will be purchased on pre-order, before they hit the store shelves.
    So if you want one, i'd suggest reserving ASAP.
