Hi all, i have a question for those who know about what kind of stuff Nintendo do like hunt down people like us
( http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=33857.0 / http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=20979.0 / http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=34487.0 ) i'm wonderin HOW they do it and if they can make traps like fake websites that use to bait people in who r buying new flashcards or wtv or something illegal and when we put the actual address in and the next morning a knock on the door and all suddenly NINTENDO fines you a BIG time. Anywayz i wondering what they can do and what they CanNOT do-maybe i have been i bit too aware of it that everytime i think of getting something illegal (ROMs n stuff) an image of NiNTEDNO Looks Down at u pointing

I assume they would pretty much only go after you if you dump games yourself, not download them

If you dump/upload games, and make a big deal about it, you'll be shut down, downloading directly from sites is hard to track...and doing it via torrents has a relitivly small risk-just check the comments and only trust big name uploaders :)

If or when I upload games, I hide the file names, ie the description would be "DEMO" and the name...say assasin's creed 2 becomes "ac2".

Or use something else that's completly off the wall ie "fluffy kittens" :p
