Nintendo Games Download Suspended?

I tried to download a SNES rom today, but a had a message about the nds roms being not available anymore. Why did the SNES rom got anavailable to??

 

Not all snes roms are gone. Only the ones that is connected to ESA is removed. This currently covers All: Nds games, Mario, Zelda, Mortal combat, pokemon and some other big name games.

 

Everything under the ESA included enough of the DS ROM's that it wasn't even worth trying to leave the remaining ones up, and they decided to go after other sections too.

Note: The ESA is a very large company that covers many many other companies.
