I bought my NDSi around 6 months ago.. I know the warranty covers a full 1 year duration.. recently my L button isn't working well anymore even if I blow really hard.. I works sometimes though.. but I wanted to send it for warranty.. I'm in Malaysia and I know there's an official Nintendo Store here but how do I send my DSi for warranty? do I just take my DSi and go to the store and pass it over the guy there? help !

For you're information : I got my NDSi from another country.. but it's original .

I'd ring nintendo and ask about it.

Most likly thing is the warrenty is only working if you got it in the same country, it's worth asking, also I belive you have to send the dsi via mail to the company adress they may give over the phone.

Go to the Nintendo site and request a repair. Make sure you describe the problem and give them the correct serial of your DSi. If the serial is worn, you will need to email them with a receipt or something.
