Nintendo DS emulators?

    i wanna play pokemon diamond, i have no$gba and im playing it just fine on Pokemon, but im curious, i just started on it, will i be able to get internet access through to emulator to do the wifi thing? or no. also......anyway i can trade pokemon with my brothers pearl version on his DS?
