    The 3DS is Nintendo's current name for its successor to the Nintendo DS.

    The 3DS will display 3D effects – similar to movies like Avatar - but without the need for special glasses.

    Some developers that have seen it claim that it has power close to that of a PS3/Xbox 360. (IGN said that).

    You'll be able to turn the 3D on/off, and there's rumors that the console will have an analog control stick, rumble, and a movement detector (accelerometer).

    You'll be able to play DS/DSi games, so it will have cameras too.

    We'll have more info on E3.

    The bad news: They've said it will be nearly impossible to pirate, let's see if that's true...

    Yep.
    I doubt some Handheld console has the same amount of power as a PS3

    Yeah... ::)

    There's no way that is even possible if it doesn't want a battery life of 2 minutes.

    In that 2 minutes, you will be playing the most advanced handheld ever.

    I feel it's worth it

    On a side note, very true and it would be worth the $500 price-tag, just to play it for that long.
