hi i updated my nintendo 3ds Xl to 6.2.0-12e. now my R4 3ds card wont load. it just says "an error has occured. Presss and hold the power button to turn the system off. Please refer to the operations manual for details" before i ran the nintedo update it was giving a "wrong date or fimware exired" how can i get it, so that the card is working again? any help appreciated.
You should have upgraded your R4i cart first before upgrading your 3DS console. Simply put, you'd blocked the use of your own flash cart from working on your 3ds. Fix it by upgrading the cart with an updater provided by the cart's site that would allow running on v.6.2.0, of cause that depends on if the cart's website has released an updating file or not, and you'll need to use a console that's below v.6.2.0 (for 3DS), below v.1.45 (for NDSi) or the older NDS/NDSL. Can't do it on your own 3DS v.6.2.0. Next time upgrade your cart first, not your console.
