Nintendo 3DS Lite confirmed? O.o

I saw this on Kotaku earlier today

A bit early I would say -_-. I just purchased a 3DS a couple days ago...

I'm keeping my 3DS. It almost the same size as the DS Lite. Perfect for me.

 

No it isn't. The battery life is still a problem since its a handheld.

 

It isn't that bad as they claim. As you don't play much with the 3D slider on "on" ... well... it is just OK. It can be a whole lot better.. but I don't enable the WiFi & 3D so it holds on longer.

 

It's called a 3DS, not a 2ds.

 

But the 3DS has more improvements or additions then the 3D alone.
And when there is 3D at your console... do you HAVE to use it? No not really, you can make use of the newer powerful hardware

 

I can't even see the 3D, so for me it will always be a 2DS

 

don't call it a 3DS then.

 

.... Sigh. How should you call it then?
The big battery eater is the WiFi anyways.
