    Wrong, not all flascharts work, R4 DualCore New is not working with this firmware anymore i tested it on my regular updated 3DS so ill keep my 3DS XL at 4.5.0-10 till an update comes out

    r4isdhc 4.5 is blocked :-[
    Would have had to update 3ds anyway I expect as getting Luigis mansion when it comes out later this week, at least that should keep me busy for a bit...

    Can confirm that r4i3ds from r4ids.cn does work though glad i got a couple of them after the last update :D

    Yes.
    It seems that some cards are blocked, and some are not.

    well, I can confirm that R4iTTDS purple NEW is not working with update.
