Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword Issues

    Downloaded the rom from Romulation, put it into my flashcart. When I start it up, the screen goes white.
    Using R4 III upgrade with v 3.11 firmware.
    Tried redownloading, nothing. Reformat, still nothing.
