Nike Air Twilight Change Color?

Hey guys, yesterday I bought some new Nike Air Twilight. So today I weared them to school but when I was outside, the little frame around the Nike Logo was turning blue, and when I get back inside, they where white again? Is this normal or is this weird?

Man, Nike Air Twilights are sick, but I prefer air max myself. I have never had problems with my swoosh.
