Wow... I can't believe no one has made a topic about this yet. Anyway...

It appears scan lines are ruining the picture on the new PSP model.

    From PSPFanboy:

"It appears that a new problem has emerged: scan lines, which make things look worse than they did in the 2000 model.

"A well-populated thread on the PlayStation forum shows the cries of dozens that are reporting the same problem."

There is no fix as this is a hardware feature: the lines appear due to the reduced response time and increased brightness of the new model's screen.

So, were any of you planning to get the new PSP 3000? Are any of you still going to get it anyway? Have any of you got it already?

lmao serves sony right for trying to milk even more from consumers. There was no way I was gonna fork out for a new PSP when the only features were rounder curves, a better screen and a mic. to be honest there is nothing wrong with the current LCD, and anyone who wants more quality will more than likely go to an HDTV over a handheld.

itll onl be a matter of time, currently pandora is the cheapest, safest and easiest, though a lot of people dont know there is also a solder on modchip for PSP. If the PSP doesnt allow access via softhacks then id say itll only be a month or two before solder on mods will be out.
