Newest software on an updated DSTTi?

    I have an old dstti-card and I've updated it, so it works on firmware 1.4. To do that I had to use the old, officiel firmware 1.15 for dstti-cards - can I update the card to firmware 1.17a12 after I've updated the card?

    Yes you can format your microsd chip, and place the new firmware onto it, be sure to backup your games and saves befor formating....

    Yes you can. I'll upload a .rar file with all the new updates. I'll edit if It's done.

    EDIT: Here you go: Click on me for TTDS 1.17a12 With Updates :D
    Just replace it with the files on your SD Card. This contains YSMenu wich is better for newer games to load. It also contains my own Cheat database. So if you want to keep yours, back it up!

    Thanks for the help!

    A question more - when I ran the update file on the nds it said, that it didn't need an update and that it was a real (not fake) card. Does that mean, that it already works for firmware 1.4? I thought that all dstti cards needed an update ?

    I think you can update even so , but you are best to stay with the one that's updated on your website
