Hello, I understand that there are a lot of clever people in this forum, and I have tried to follow some of these instructions to try and get some of the Roms that don't work, but don't understand the problems they are trying to fix, hence I am shooting in the dark a bit. I have Gold r4i card v1.4, 1.32b firmware - apr 14 2010, and have added usrcheat.dat - 17 apr 2010, ttds ext, info, sav 6.081 - 11th May 2010. The most common problems I have seen are rom code error=-4 asks for system reset, splash screens seen but then screens go black. Avatar and Iron Man2, starts loading on the R4i grey bar, stalls and ask for 'Reset'. Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes, Mario and Luigi : Inside Story and Marioware all load nicely, get splash screens but at some point before game can start screen goes black and stays that way. I have tried http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=29845.0 I also looked at R4 wood but could not get it to work as there were no install instructions. i.e. deleted all r4i gold firmware on card and tried only r4 wood on card and it wouldn;t start at all.
