newbie needing assistance re M3 DS real

Hi all,

this is my first post and having looked around for an answer for 30 mins. I can't find one so hoping that one of you more seasoned gamers can help me.

I am using a nintendo DS with a M3 DS Real Cartridge.
I have just had a M3 DS Real and tried a few games. 641 - need for speed, 2398 - Wacky Races & 1177 - More Brain training are all working fine.

However when I try Professor Layton i get a message after the intro screen saying
"some data has been corrupted, please tap the touch screen" - after tapping nothing happens.

When I try Think Logic Training I can choose the country, press ok then get a message saying "saving game data" then nothing else

Finally when I try Korg DS I get the message "creating a save file, do not power off" which I have to power off to get rid of it.

Any assistance that you can give would be greatly appreciated,
