new super maio bros minigame help

    hi i downloaded new super mario bros (cant remember wat site i download it)
    and its mini games dont work on my r4 ultrai thnk its a clone but n the site it says how to detect a fake r4 or something. so can you help me i download latest frimware and all that. but i dnt want to dwnload the game agian on my ds since i dont want to make waste of mbs
