Why would you want an angry smiley anyway? (Psst I wanted one too at one point ) RomUlation is an all friendly type place so anger is not welcomed I think. Anyway, I go to this local social forum (name witheld for my privacy, but be assured it's not a ROMs site) & they have very unique emoticons. Most "emotion" emoticons have colours reflecting the emotion they represent, like yellow for this , green for ;D , blue for etcetera. Also they have funky emoticons like a flying emoticon complete with Superman's cape or a Starwars themed emoticon where one wears Darth Vader's helmet & swinging a red lightsaber, fighting a regular "yellow" emoticon weilding a green lightsaber & my personal favorite, an emoticon whipping another shackled to a wall, something the admins might find "useful"
We removed the angry smiley, it got too many people banned because it made their posts look more abusive than they had intended.
God no, they'd be horribly annoying. If we find a smiley that serves a purpose then sure, but a superman one? No way.
Guess you right. Imagine the "Games, Jokes and Random" section with all those smileys.... :-\ Would be chaos. I once saw a pretty cool smiley with two yellow heads holding huge mugs of beer and toasting. That was pretty cool. I think something like that would make a nice smiley to represent "achievement" or something. But the current ones work well. Thanks.
