NEW POKEMON CRYSTAL REMAKE???!!!

Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver recently came out and is the remake of Pokemon Silver & Gold for the Gameboy Color. Now, I wouldn't be suprised if they made a Pokemon Crystal remake. Just like Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, Platinum came out last in the franchise. Do you think the Pokemon company will make a Crystal remake? If so, what do you think it will be called?

 

There is not going to be a remake. For firered and leafgreen, there was no remake of pokemon yellow. So why would they remake crystal?

 

i doub't it, didn't announce something about a 5 gen pokemon game?

 

If there planning for it,probably i can't wait to explode! they should also do a remake of the classic pokemon versions like yellow.

 

Pointless, since HGSS feature everything Crystal did.

Yeah i've seen it on youtube just now,crystal remake would be pointless.

 

Suicune wasn't in Gold or Silver.

It's called Crystal...

There will be no remake of Crystal most likely.
It would be a flop and they couldn't add too much more content into it.

 

If Nintendo released a "new" Poke'mon game that was just the original Poke'mon Red with Charizard's artwork and sprite replaced with any new Poke'mon exclusive to that game then it would fly off the shelves because it's a new Poke'mon game. As for the "not adding enough new content to it" argument; Platinum didn't have that much new content either but sold very well. All Nintendo (or rather GAMEFREAK) would need to do to make a Poke'mon Crystal remake that would justify a new purchase to the same extent as the original Crystal is add a new Battle Frontier esque area, improve sprite animation and jiggle the story and NPC dialogue/actions around a bit and maybe add a new Poke'mon/item/move or two.

I know but someone at the top said he could capture the 3 legendary dogs also on gold and silver editions,i don't even believe cause those were the first pokemon editions i ever played and none of them appeared,and that's why i called it "maybe a hack version of gold/silver is there could be".
