If you have time left, I would really like a patch in Dutch I don't even know if that is possibly of something but I think that's really tof ( op ze hollands )
A german version would be awesome, but... To be honest, only a few people including myself would really use it. So, you can skip. English is the most popular language anyways, and I can understand it as well.
I am brazillian, and for me spanish should be easier than english, but i prefer the English Language. So no, plz
Nah. Finish the kanto places first. The trainers near cinnabar aren't totally coded yet, nor are the trainers in some kanto gyms (the electric and fire ones)
Spanish , would be nice as i am a native spanish speaker but i have no problem with English. If you have the time to make it in Spanish then go for it.
Let's see, it would be nice for some people to make them I guess. But I say that's secondary priority to the english version since that was the primary goal so, I'm for it but only after we have a 100% english version
Do whatever you want, but please finish the English version first. After all English is the most common language, if they're spanish or german they're just going to have to know it (English isn't my county's language either).
i have make a patche for the german lang the lang is german after the patch but the picture are still the old Soul Silver Jap To Ger http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3177AYRH Heart Gold Jap to Ger http://www.megaupload.com/?d=UPSU1B7D
I'd love to have a German version, so go for it. (I voted "Make both" though because I'm not a jackass like the Americunts that voted "No, please don't") Have a nice day.
Well, I voted "No, please don't" but I'm not American... I was just thinking that having an almost perfect English version is better than having good English & Spanish/German versions, since it looks like the AP on the original American version is unbreakable. And with "almost perfect" i mean as closest to the original version as possible.
i already posted this on the other topic but, I was able to play pokemon when i was 8 years old or something ... if u dont understand pokemon then u really epic fail and since u cant play pokemon in english u wouldnt understand either what im saying now O_O
I played pokemon in english back when i was 7-8 and i didnt know any english. But it's always nice to read in your own language. Well if Rykin has the time to make the spanish or ger version i think he would finish completely the english patch before starting a spanish/ger one. And even if he doesnt finish the english patch version 2.0 almost everything is translated.
And it's that "almost everything" that could make the difference between a playable game and a great game... I'm not complaining about the patch obviously, Rykin is doing an INCREDIBLE job, and I thank him for that. I just think that with his skills he can make a patch that translates the 99% of the total text, including "secondary" things like dialogues in the Battle Frontier etc. P.S: I haven't tried the 2.0 or previous patch yet, so maybe he already translated the Battle Frontier... In that case I take back what I said about the 99% work xD
