New MiniSD sucks?

I just received my new 4GB Sandisk MiniSD. I promptly loaded it with games I had on standby, then popped that puppy in.

Problem is, all loadings are slow as balls, and some games lag like no tomorrow ( Space Invaders Extreme)

I know it's not a software issue, because everything worked fine on my other MiniSD.

What's the problem? : (

EDIT : It's for the DS.

 

Maybe it's just the game..

 

I am 100% positive that all games I have tried on this card experienced major slowdowns during loadings.

Space Invaders is a special case because it became nigh-unplayable.

 

It should be fine since you say it was loading. It could also be you buying a faulty miniSD card ;D

 

It seems I have ordered a Counterfeit card.

Well damn. No wonder it sucks so much.

 

lol. well here is what i can say. if you got the microsd from the internet the then you most likeley got rip off.

now here is what you can do. got to bestbuy or walmart or something and buy the micro sd card from there.

i can a 4 gb microsd sandisk sdhc card and it play all games with no lag at all.

just make sure that your flash card can use sdhc. i herd some where that some flash cards can not use them.

or it just that you might have to format the card to fat 32. just give it some time it might start working faster soon

 

What flashcard do you use?
And are you sure it isnt a SDHC card?

 

I used a Sandisk 4GB MiniSDHC card.

In fact, it's the very same card as my new one, except the font and logo are a bit... off.

Sorry, misread you there. I use the M3DS Real. I have no cellphone, camera or anything capable or taking pictures under my roof right now, so I can't share pictures.
