Why dont we Start a Wallpaper of the Month Contest?
a Render and a Theme to be provided.

 

Erm.
That's pretty stupid, as we'd have to upload it to the forum page, and can you imagine, 10 1024x1024 images on the same page?
RomU doesn't scale down, you know ;D
Also, there's too much space to work with.

I don't see why people are whining about the lag heaven thing.
You just place a link to the image

i.e. an imageshack link.

its a good contest idea but its to close to sotw being that you'd make art being given a render/theme.

it might happen in the future but with sotw and the level of the artists are at its not worth it.
a sig is easy to make, a full wallpaper on the other hand will be hard not only that but the render for it will be hard to find a suitable render. at the moment for sig sized work its hard to find anything suitable let alone large art.

but watch out i might be creating new competitions and how they go will determine the next step
