new ez flash 3 in1 ram and rumble help

when i load up gba exploader from my r4 III and the new ezflash 3in1 playing gba roms works perfectly fine but when i try to play nds games that support rumble like EBA and custom robo arena it doesnt work. i turned rumble on and its not working when i load up the rom. it seems like the rom doesnt recognize the ez flash 3 in1s rumble feature.

when i try to load the EU ds opera browser rom by turning on the ram function through gba exploader. the rom doesnt recognize the ram and says insert the ram cart. i have tried patching the rom with the patch cory1492 made so that the browser will recognize the ez flash 3 in 1 automatically and that didnt work either even when i loaded it through the gba exploader

just to make it clear i am using an r4 III and i have an r4 II with ys menu in case it doesnt support the r4 III, although it should because they are pretty much the same. in slot 2 i have the newer ez flash 3 in 1, by newer i mean that it was after the hardware change. the gba exploader version is 0.58b

 

YSMenu is different firmware completely, although that shouldn't interfere with any of your issues. Did you follow the tutorial by Sinkhead?
