new Chrono Trigger DS issue:

...at least I haven't seen it so far. Some time during the New King chapter, right after all your character's items are taken and you have to wander around gathering them again, something happened to Ayla's profile. Whenever I access it to, say, change her equipment, it freezes the game. Her profile shows up as the last character clicked before her's and there is a black square where her picture should be.

Fortunately I can play the game normally as long as I never go to her profile, but I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this?

yeah, this is the first and only glitch I've run into. :-\

 

Did you by any chance try to modify your game and give your characters equipment? Maybe something glitched with one of the items you would have tried to give Ayla and now it crashes?

I admit I used a cheat (using the CHEAT.DAT on my R4) to avoid the anti-pirate thing and at one point used the experience multiplier so I could get through some parts without having to spend hours leveling up (I know, I know, shame on me) but nothing to do with items/equipment...maybe that could have glitched my game?

 

its possible that the cheats glitched your game yeah.

 

It's usrcheat.dat. It would be the cheats, there wouldn't be anything else unless something else experiences the same problem.
