    Does the new 3DS play Akaio 1.3?

    do you mean acekard 2i? it will play it if you first update the card to work on 4.3 firmware. but dont update your 3ds to 4.4 since that one blocks all carts permanently. only cards working on 4.4 are supercard dstwo and r4i gold
