NES Roms

when i download a nes rom and unpack it with winrar, is there a way to know which one you want like the english cause sometimes there are like 10 choices.

any rom that ends with (U) is the American version or (E) is the European version so there usually English also any rom that has ! is usually the original

With Retro ROMs they include various hacks and translations. If you just wish to play the original game, always choose the ROM with the [!] at the end. This is the tag for a clean dump.
