I'm attempting to emulate Neo Geo on my PSP, but the rom files I get from here come in a lot of different parts and I'm not quite sure what to do with them, could someone help me understand how this works ?
i repair snk arcade machines for a hobbie it may not help but here goes each of the files inside the zip are the binary data off an eeprom that is on the snk circuit board if you burn this data to eeproms and place it in the correct slots on the board it loads up the game... you could also check out ben ingrams NEODS for the DS http://boards.pocketheaven.com/viewforum.php?f=43&sid=6c940744ba5344dfb7b266bb1f831a1b you might be able to see how he does it
These files are by definition 'Roms'. Figured I'd throw that informatjon out there for people unsure/interested as to what roms really are.
