needing help making a MMS without a PSP (windows 7/64-bit)

ok, i have been looking to get the programs i need to install it to the memory card since my friend is helping me, their pc is a windows 7/64-bit, so that is why i posted that in the topic so people wouldn't get confused what system im running


currently i thought hellcat's recovery program on my Memory card would have acted as a recovery for bricked PSPs but im still having trouble with it, so if anyone has a easy guide made for windows 7 and the programs to work with it

ok, nvm scratch this request, i found out through non-english readme files, i had to trigger it with L Shoulder and select >__>

so, my PSP is working now, here i come for you dissidia ^_^
