need pokemon emerald tips

    is there ANY non-cheat way of getting Alakazam on an emulator? if not then how? please help.

    Impossible as far as I know. You can't trade between roms without a GBA device.
    Cheats are the only way I know of...
    You may be able to find someone in game to trade you a Kadabra, so it can evolve, but I doubt it.
