Need istructions for firmware that works with nearly every game

I have the R4-SDHC. I don't have the original site of where i bought it from but if you click this link:
r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp and go to the third kernel you'll find the r4 I possess. It's the one that says without (i). The difference between mine and the one shown in the picture is that mine says WiFI above R4 and below it it says upgrade.

I have attempted finding firmware by myself to no ends. Usually getting errors or blank white screens only being able to play certain games out of the many I posses on my computer. So I'm asking if someone would please help me with a "tutorial" that will surely work on my version of the R4, making it so almost every
game works.



In short I'm looking for instructions that would work for my version of the R4 as if I had a blank micro sdhc card.
