Burn using Image Burning Wizard etc. in your program, at the lowest speed possible on a good brand, Verbatim, TDK etc.

You shouldn't burn as "data" you need to find the option to burn the file as an "image".

Basically the image file is a CD compiled into one single (or a very few) file, when you burn as data this file is merely copied to to the CD and the playstation won't know what to do with it. When you burn as an image Nero will expand the image file(s) into the normal CD structure again and your playstation will be able to read it.

Look around in Nero until you find the option, you might have to turn on advanced setting.

Or download and install imgburn (google it, it's free) and choose the 'burn image to disc' option.
