Did you extract the file? It's probably stores in an Archive of some sort. ZIP, RAR, 7ZIP, etc.

Yes, i did. It came out with r.00,r.01 etc. I used winrar and extracted from 0. Then i loaded the disc and imgburn. Went all the way to 99 %. Then incorrect format. Should i try another brand? Say verbatim? They are considered good..

Yes, Verbatims are GREAT! Also only use -R dvds for wii isos as +R dvds don't seem to work as well.

Well... Can anyone tell me what the incorrect format means? Also i just bought the Verbatim discs @ Newegg for 13$ for 50. Great deal if you ask me.

it depends on what you downloaded most the files out there are your standard dvd iso but i'm guessing you downloaded a file that is a .wii not a .iso.

you need to convert it to an iso with Rawdump but make sure you run it through a brick blocker before using it if you didn't already know

so convert it with rawdump and i'll be good to go?

if its a .wii but i'm not too clued up on the whole thing because i make sure i download .iso's to save my self the hassle :D.

but there is a crap load of tutorials out there just google "How to burn .wii files" and hey presto full guides.

Make sure the file is an .iso file but ofcourse after you extract, then yes you use imgburn other programs could work but i recommend this :).

Did the file fully extract you didn't mention? if it did not look at the error console and it will tell you which archive of the X is curropted - Redownload that one. Maybe the Iso itself is curropted and make sure you use the correct launcher.

I don't recommend burning on Dvd+r, use Dvd-r they work perfectly for me, and make sure you burn at speeds of 3 or 4.

Well, i downloaded an ISO. But, it still says incorrect format. Could it be the disc itself?

    I don't understand.. not completely.

Err what tells you Incorrect format..? maybe a screenshot will help show me the file and imageburn and the app telling you incorrect format (all in one screenshot will be awesome).

I belive the problem is that your burner lens is not clean so take it out and clean it with an air cleaner

Yea, Sorry I couldn't reply earlier, and I may have sounded a little angry but I wasn't my apologies.

I believe its your burner, and since its from the source (cant mention) I do believe it's not corrupted and its a working iso.

You might need to buy a new cd/dvd burner or try using another computer.

    I sound so cool! :)
