Need help with MAME

    So i downloaded mame earlier today, and for some reason, it'll dectect every game except for the neo geo ones. I have the bios and games in the same folder, and it still wont find them.
    Am I using the wrong bios, or what's the deal???
    I'm using MAME FX version .132.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Google NeoDS

    You also will need the neogeo.zip (the neogeo name rom) plus the appropriate MAME roms.

    Depending on the game you want to run, you may need to add more MAME roms.

    I currently have Metal Slug 2 running on my DS....I will try King of Fighters this weekend.

    Shadowryu never said anything about running it on the DS.
    That's an odd problem. I can't think of anything but try starting from scratch. Do everything again from the beginning and hope it works. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

    Sorry..DS on the brain.....

    Would you diagram your folder structure so I can see where you have stored the roms?
    Do you have the neo geo bios? If you look at the contents, can you tell me whicih binaries are in there?

    The problem is those roms are not supported by MAME, and a NeoGeo emulator. Or so it happened for me...
    Anyway, you need to download the NeoGeo ROMS from a mame section, not NeoGeo...
